Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Hampus dreamed as a child to be like his father, an actor. By age 10, he was performing in a successful play on the most famous stage in Stockholm. His love for theater and acting continued until age 20 when he was introduced to contemporary circus and fell in love with that art form. After four years of acrobatics training in Montreal, Canada, he joined Cirque du Soleil to perform a solo act with the show, Dralion. Two years later, he performed for another Cirque du Soleil show, Varekai. Hampus is now freelancing around the world as an aerialist, actor, and model.
